The Saucony Shadow 5000 “Letterman II” kicks off 2017 with weatherproof treatment to repel snow and seal in warmth. A combination of genuine leather and heather wool fabric cover the uppers. Embroidered on the tongue is a chenille “S” patch with the year 1898 embroidered on the heel, signify Saucony’s humble beginnings in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. For premium comfort, an EVA midsole unit is set in place with an XT-600 triangular lug rubber outsole for top-of-the-line traction.
