The Following terms and conditions are stated under which you, the customer, use the www.capsuletoronto.com website.
1. Order and Payment
capsuletoronto.com / c-apsule.com only accept payment from Paypal. Our online shopping system will automatically direct you to the Paypal secured payment system. capsuletoronto.com / c-apsule.com only accept the orders made through the online shopping system. You will receive an email, when orders are made.
capsuletoronto.com / c-apsule.com will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed are available. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
Default prices are in Canadian Dollar (CAD). If the mailing address is within Canada, individual provincial tax will be applied. Mailing addresses outside of Canada are not subject to any taxes. capsuletoronto.com / c-apsule.com reserves the right to vary prices and other details of the products without prior notice.
When we receive your order and payment, we will process and send out the order within 1 business day. We will provide you with an update of the status of your order in your order history. We ship items worldwide. All items will be sent by Canada Post service or DHL Express. capsuletoronto.com / c-apsule.com does not guarantee the delivery time. All the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from capsuletoronto.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charge to you, and the cost of returning the package to Capsule Toronto. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase amount.
6. Returns for Store Credit or Exchange
If you have decided to return a product to Capsule for exchange or store credit, please email email@example.com immediately before taking any action.
NO REFUNDS. Products are always checked before delivery. capsuletoronto.com / c-apsule.com will accept returns for store credit or exchange in another size within 7-10 business days of the item's delivery as long as the return item is in a "brand new, unworn condition" and in the same condition it was when shipped out.
Returns are solely the responsibility of the customer and must be completed within 7-10 business days from the date of the delivery. Returns will not be refunded, unless arranged otherwise by our staff. In the case of an exchange for a different size or item, the customer will be required to pay a re-shipping fee. Please read the terms below carefully regarding Courtesy Shipping Fees and Re-Shipping Fees.
6 A) Courtesy Fees/Re-Shipping Fees for Store Credit & Exchanges
Courtesy Fee Deduction on Store Credit:
We accept returns for store credit. As stated, returns are solely the responsibility of the customer and must be made with a 7-10 business day time frame from the date of delivery. If you have ordered any product from Capsule that is valued over $150 CAD, Capsule will cover the initial shipping costs as a courtesy for you. However, should you return the product within the 7-10 business day period for store credit, Capsule holds the right to deduct the value of the courtesy shipping fee from your store credit amount. The courtesy shipping fee value varies depending on where the item was shipped. For example, if you spent over $150 CAD and return the item for store credit from a Canadian address, $10 plus HST will be deducted from the full store credit/refund value.
If you did not spend over $150 and wish to return the item, you will not be deducted the courtesy fee from your store credit/refund amount as you have already paid for the shipping initially.
Please note: If you return a product for store credit in-store, we still must deduct the initial shipping fee ($10 + HST) from the store credit amount.
Re-Shipping Fees for Exchanges:
We accept returns for exchanges in a different size. If you wish to an exchange in a size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for immediate assistance. As stated, returns to our store are solely the responsibility of the customer and must be made with a 7-10 business day time frame from the date of delivery. Once we have received the product, inspected the item and all the conditions are met, we will send a URL to the customer's email which will direct the customer to pay the re-shipping fee for the new shipment. Once paid, we will ship the newly exchanged item immediately to the customer's address.
Please note: If you return a product for exchange in size in-store, clearly there is no need to charge the re-shipping fee.
6 B) Qualifying Conditions for Product Return/Exchange
The customer must abide by the following requirements when returning any product purchase from Capsule:
If a footwear product is returned, the footwear product must be in a brand new, unworn condition. The shoes including the shoe box and any other additional products that came with the footwear product must be undamaged and unworn at the point of return. Also, the original shoe box must be sent back, a substitute shoe box will not be accepted.
Please note: The shoe box itself cannot be used as packaging to return the product, the shoe box is considered part of the product and therefore, must be in the same condition as when it left our store. Please use the original shipment packaging to ship the footwear back or provide your own shipping box in order to protect the entire product. Once all requirements are met, we will inspect the product and issue store credit or an exchange.
Returning/Exchanging Clothing, Accessories and other items:
When clothing, accessories or any other items purchased from Capsule are returned, the products must be in a brand new, unworn condition with all original brand tags intact. The product must be in the same condition as when it left our store. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure these requirements are met before returning the product back to Capsule. Please use the original shipment packaging to ship the item back or provide your own shipping box in order to protect the product. Once all requirements are met, we will inspect the product and issue store credit or an exchange.

7. Right To Alter Terms And Conditions
