Sales Associate

Sales Associates are responsible for the completion of day-to-day operations and achieving store performance goals while providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain a comfortable customer shopping experience
• Meet performance goals
• Complete day-to-day store maintenance
• Support online order inquiries and fulfillment
• Support with opening and closing duties
• Maintain stockroom organization
• Assist with receiving product shipments from vendors

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills
• Detail oriented

• Flexible schedule
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of personal style as well as industry trends Functional knowledge of the brands and products available at Capsule
• 1 year experience in a related retail environment (preferred)
