The Nike Air Ghost Racer returns from the 1990s to give you the best value when it comes to lightweight marathon sneaker types.  Once worn by long-distance runner Mark Nenow, the Air Ghost Racer is built with a lightweight synthetic and mesh upper combination for breathability and durability.  The foam unit holds the Zoom Air cushioned sole with exposed carbon fiber texturing along the outside of the midsole.  Rubber tread does the rest of the job by gripping the ground efficiently.
