Q. What are the shoe sizes on your website based on?
A. Men Shoes on our website listed are US Men's sizes. Please click Size Conversion Chart on product page for more info on sizes.
Women Shoes on our website listed are US Women's sizes. Please click Size Conversion Chart on product page for more info on sizes.
Q. Is the Price including Tax?
A. The price is NOT including Tax. Tax depends on your location. As for US and international orders - NO Tax, however ALL the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Q. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
A. NO REFUNDS. We will accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 7 days of item delivery as long as the return item is in "brand new, unworn condition" and in the same condition it was when shipped out. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded, unless otherwise arranged. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay a re-shipping fee.

Q. Is your online inventory accurate?
A. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed are available, however we can not 100% guarantee the availability.
Q. When will you ship my order out?
A. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday during business hours (excluding holidays). Orders are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours, please allow for additional processing time around holidays and in the event of inclement weather. All orders are subject to security screening and are shipped once cleared. To reduce delays, please use matching shipping and billing information.
Q. I placed an order and received an email saying the item(s) were out of stock.
A. Occasionally items are sold in our retail shop before our web shop inventory can be adjusted. Our web shop inventory and in-store inventory are managed separately. Partial/full refunds will be issued for items we can not fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Depending on your credit card provider, you should see this credit within 7 days. Please contact us if you require any more information regarding the refund.
Q. I don't live in Canada, why can't I complete my purchase of Nike/Jordan product?
A. Nike and Jordan product is only available for purchase within Canada.
